Denver city attorney's office questions plan to give data to Ethics Board

A push to allow the Denver Ethics Board to review how city employees are disciplined for ethical misconduct has stalled over objections from the city attorney's office.

Ethics Board members say the information would help them come up with ways to educate the city's workforce on how to avoid conflicts of interest and other violations under the city's ethics code.
