Ethics panel wants list of those with knowledge of facts

The city's ethics commission has requested a "list of all individuals" believed to have information about the conflict-of-interest allegations against Mayor Lionel Rivera, who is accused of having financial ties to a developer who was awarded a city contract last year to build new facilities for the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Commissioners Stephen Hook and Malham Wakin set a June 30 deadline for attorney Lindsay Fischer, who is representing a local businessman who filed the complaint, according to a June 15 letter outlining their investigative procedures.
