DENVER - Former U.S. Rep. Scott McInnis has officially entered the governor's race, becoming the second Republican seeking to challenge Democrat Bill Ritter.



McInnis, of Grand Junction, filed his candidate affidavit with the secretary of state's office without fanfare Tuesday.
