Alice Nichol persists in race for Adams County commissioner
BRIGHTON — A defiant Alice Nichol said Monday she will seek a third term as Adams County commissioner to complete efforts to clean up county government even as she is the target of a criminal investigation. "I can't live with the perception that I'm getting out because of pressure of some kind," said Nichol, a Democrat. "At this moment, let the people decide if I'm the one they want to represent them on the county commission."
